LaserMitsubishi 3015 LVPlus4000 Watt Laser capable of cutting 1" mild steel, 3/4" stainless steel and 1/2" aluminum. In keeping with our 'Green Initiative' we are able to reach cutting speeds up to 500 inches per minute when utilizing compressed air, thus saving on the usage of consumable gases. |

Load / Unload SystemMitsubishi Auto-Flex EL4 Automated Load/Unload System allows us to cut up to 22,000 lbs. of material 'Lights Out', unmanned, on off shift hours, further saving on utilities and labor. |

Turret Punch PressAmada EM2510NT Turret Punch Press is the fastest punch press ont eh market with hit rates up to 500 HPM on 1" centers / 1800 HPM on .06" centers. It can form a 1 1/8" bend length. Another 'Green' machine, its twin AC servo motors uses 50% less energy than conventional turret presses. Off line programming is achieved by utilizing Metamation MetaCAM Punch CAM software. |

Punch / Form CellPunch / Form Cell utilizes the Amada EN2610-NT Turret Punch Press and Toyokoki APB-3613W Press Brake with 6 axis back gage, automatic sheet thickness sensing and Wilson Precision Press Brake Tooling and Express Clamping System. In keeping with our 'Lean Manufacturing' philosophy, we form parts internal to the turret press machine cycle. |

Press BrakesToyokoki HYB-125 and HYB-175 Press Brakes of 125 ton x 10' and 175 ton x 13', respectively, have 6 axis back gages and automatic sheet thickness sensing for the highest degree of accuracy and repeatability of any press brake on the market. Utilizing Wilson Precision Press Brake Tooling and Express Clamping System we are able to significantly reduce setup times. To further reduce setup times, we use off line programming by Metamation MetaCAM Bend CAM software. |

Worker Automation Welding RobotsWorker Automation Welding Robots utilizing Worker FW-250-40x48 Ferris Wheel Positioner Cell and OTC Daihen Almega AX-V4 robotic manipulators and controls, has the capabilities of welding products 40" x 84" x 500 lbs. These robots utilize a through arm coaxial cable for improved wire feeding at welding in confined spaces or complicated fixtures and feater a full 410 degree torch rotation with built-in shock sensor. |
Laser ScannerWith our FabriVISION L Laser Scanner, we can scan parts and import CAD files to compare the dimensions to the actual part. This makes first piece approvals fast and accurate. It also shortens the lead time to production. We can also reverse engineer products which reduces engineering design time. |
